Sawyer Mountain
Accessible on foot from Route 117 via the abandoned Sawyer Mountain Road (one mile hike or snowmobile ride). The summit of the mountain is owned by theFrancis Small Heritage Trust and is open to the public.(no charge)

Take Route 25 west from Portland. When you cross the Saco River into Limington, the State of Maine Rest Area is on the left.(no charge) (closed in winter)

Located at the Moy-Mo-Day-O Beach and administered by the Town of Limington (day use in summer only)
Take Route 25 west from Portland and continue on Route 25 past the junction of Route 11.
At Ruin Corner, turn right at the sign onto North Road and then take the first right onto the unpaved road. Follow the road one mile to the beach.(Opens June 1, 2002 Admission charge: 50 cents for ages 6 and under, $1 for ages 7 and up)
