Herbert Ramsdell, Kathy Maddocks and Barry Gammon were in attendance.

    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    This meeting was not videotaped.

    Planning Board Chair Wendy Walker was in to discuss zoning ordinance subdivision and the Board's recommendations regarding a cell tower ordinance petition and a gavel pit amendments petition.

    Clean-Pro has indicated that it will be able to begin the portico damage repair early next week. The damage to the portico column was caused by a vehicle collision and the insurance carrier for the responsible party will be taking care of the repair charges.

    Mail was reviewed.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
