DECEMBER 7, 2000

    Herbert Ramsdell, Kathy Maddocks and Barry Gammon were in attendance.

    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    Meeting was officially videotaped.

    Keith Martel came in to briefly discuss plowing and salting and sanding,

    At approximately 6:55, the public portion of the meeting was postponed and the Board went into executive session with the town attorney. The public portion of the meeting was resumed at approximately 7:30.

    After a public hearing which was held on December 6, 2000 on a liquor license renewal application, Horace York came in to complete paperwork on Patty's Billard's state liquor license application.

    Cub Scout leader came in to drop off request for warrant article.

    Brief discussion was had regarding vacancy on the Saco Cable Committee. The Town is now in need of one member and an alternate member for this Committee.

    Telephone calls were received from taxpayers desiring to make a payment arrangements for the payment of delinquent taxes. The necessary paperwork will be completed and payment schedules set up.

    Mail was reviewed.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:00 p.m.
