    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    Meeting was officially videotaped.

    A taxpayer came in to privately discuss real estate taxes.

    General Assistance Administrator had client.

    At approximately 7:00 pm Kathy Maddocks left the meeting to attend an EMS Department meeting.

    Mail was reviewed.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:00 p.m.
